Purchase and Refund Policy

Purchase of Digital Courses
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to view the content.
Cancellation Policy: Once access to a digital course has been granted, the transaction cannot be refunded.
Purchase of Conference Tickets
The purchase of a ticket constitutes personal registration for the event.
Transactions may be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
Within 14 days of the purchase date.
Provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the event date.
A cancellation fee will be charged at a rate of 5%.
Short-notice cancellation: No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the event.
Rescheduling / Event Cancellation
In cases of force majeure, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond the website owner’s control, the event date may be subject to change.
In the event of a full cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
Photography at Conferences
Participants agree that still photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation and future marketing purposes.
Anyone who does not wish to be photographed is requested to notify the organizers in advance.
Limitation of Liability at Events
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
The website owner is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.

These regulations govern the terms for purchasing digital courses and conference tickets through the website. Making a purchase on the site constitutes full agreement to these terms.

Tickets for in-person conferences and events.
Purchases are intended for adults over the age of 18 or those with parental/guardian consent. The website owner reserves the right to update prices and terms from time to time.
2. Payment
Payment shall be made via credit card or other payment methods displayed on the site.
The transaction will be finalized only after approval from the clearing company.
An invoice/receipt will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3. Digital Courses
3.1 Access to Course
Upon completion of payment, personal access to the digital course will be sent to the user.
Access is personal and non-transferable.
3.2 Cancellation Policy – Digital Courses
From the moment access to digital content is granted, the transaction cannot be canceled and no refund will be provided.
The purchase of the course constitutes agreement that the delivery of service begins immediately.
3.3 Prohibition of Sharing
It is strictly prohibited to:
Transfer passwords.
Share links.
Record, screenshot, or distribute the content.
Note: Any violation may result in the blocking of access and the initiation of legal proceedings.
4. In-Person Conferences and Events
4.1 Registration
The purchase of a ticket constitutes personal registration for the event.
4.2 Cancellation Policy – Conferences
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
Cancellation is permitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the event date.
A cancellation fee will be charged at a rate of 5% .
Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4.3 Rescheduling / Event Cancellation
In cases of force majeure, regulatory guidelines, security situations, or circumstances beyond the website owner’s control, the event date may be changed.
In the event of a full cancellation initiated by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.
4.4 Photography at the Event
Still photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation and future marketing purposes.
Purchasing a ticket constitutes consent to this. Participants who do not wish to be photographed are requested to notify the organizers in advance.
4.5 Liability at the Event
Participants are responsible for their personal health and the safety of their property.
The website owner shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
5. General Limitation of Liability
The services and content are provided “As Is.”
There is no guarantee of any specific professional, therapeutic, or personal result.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
